ROMANTIC FALL PRIVATE ESTATE WEDDING ON THE SEVERN RIVER

Ann and Scott opted to tie the knot at a century-old Maryland estate, home to one of Ann’s family friends with incredible views of the Severn River where she spent time as a child. Ann still remembers fondly hunting for Easter eggs beneath the same archway where she and Scott exchanged vows. The natural beauty of the property guided our “secret garden” inspired design accentuated by a plethora of fall florals.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by a hot cider bar before making their way to an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. Cocktail hour took place around the pool deck, overlooking the river and featured a Champagne Cocktail cart. For dessert, Ann and Scott opted to serve a collection of their favorite pies and freshly fried maple doughnuts along-side their traditional wedding cake. Before the end of the night, Scott brought the house down with a surprise performance of James Brown’s “I Feel Good”. This incredible day was captured by Amelia Johnson Photography.
